1. Why do you think it is important to consider both salary and benefits when applying for a job?

Salary is very important because you want to get payed well and make sure its worth your time. Benefits are very helpful and save you a lot of money many large corporations offer health insurance and many other types of benefits like a 401k or a pencent which is rare. the thing you have to watch out for is the mom and pop businesses or smaller companies they may not offer you insurance or matching your 401k deposits these can be life changing so make sure you look and ask for benefits
